The Kings Canyon Online English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC) meets quarterly to discuss the KCO program and expenditures that support and provide for our English Learner students. All ELAC meetings are open to the public. Notice of upcoming meetings are announced through Parent Square, the KCO website, and in our front office at least 72 hours prior to the meeting date.
