StudentSquare

At Kings Canyon Unified School District (KCUSD), clear and timely communication with our students is a top priority. To support this, schools, teachers, and coaches use StudentSquare—a user-friendly communication platform designed specifically for school communities. StudentSquare allows staff to quickly share important announcements, class updates, event reminders, and other relevant information directly with students.

Students can receive messages in a variety of formats, including text messages, phone calls, emails, and app notifications. This flexibility ensures that communication is accessible and tailored to each student’s preference. Whether it’s a reminder about an upcoming assignment, a change in practice schedule, or an invitation to a school event, StudentSquare helps students stay informed and connected.

All KCUSD students in grades 6–12 are automatically enrolled to receive messages through their school-issued email accounts. However, for the most efficient experience, we strongly encourage students to download the StudentSquare app, available for free on both the App Store and Google Play. The app provides real-time alerts, a message archive, and easy access to school communications—all in one convenient place.

By regularly checking StudentSquare and keeping notifications enabled, students can ensure they never miss important information. This tool is just one of the ways we work to build strong communication between students, teachers, and the school community.
